Job Description

Position responsible for supervising and managing all activities necessary for the maintenance of the budget. Recommends changes in budget systems and procedures. Provides guidance, support, and training to hospital and corporate staff. Typically reports to the Director in this department.

Minimum Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required. Advanced degree preferred.

Licenses / Certifications : Certified Public Accountant preferred

Experience / Knowledge / Skills :

• Five (5) to (7) years of budget or financial management experience
• Experience with EPSI or similar budget software
• Knowledge of net revenue, payroll and non-labor budgeting methodologies
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Advanced level excel skills; Basic access database skills
