Project Coordinator

Global Fulfillment (GF) is responsible for all physical product movements from the shipping dock of factories to our store or guests, including distribution, logistics, trade compliance and engineering. The team completes this objective while scaling for growth and achieving targeted performance, including service, costs and employee safety. The Global Fulfillment Program Management Office (PMO) oversees all strategic initiative projects and programs, and key non-strategic initiatives. The team is responsible for planning, support, standardization, and oversight of the entire Global Fulfillment Portfolio, with the ultimate directive to complete initiatives on time and budget / The PMO is the central hub for the Infrastructure, International, Logistics, Engineering, and Technology teams within the Global Fulfillment domain.

• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field - B.A. / B.S. in business, finance or technical area preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
• Strong project management skills including both project planning and execution capabilities
• Approach to problem solving which includes logical structuring, critical thinking, and focus on details
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adjust to situations that involve conflicting goals.
