We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney who is looking to make a significant impact while contributing to our mission of providing excellent legal services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing family law cases such as divorce, child custody, spousal support, child support, property division, and domestic violence.
You will be responsible for representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice.

Job Details
Responsibilities :
1. Provide comprehensive legal representation to clients in family law matters including divorce, child custody, spousal support, child support, property division, and domestic violence.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements to protect the interests of the clients.
3. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
4. Provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients on their rights and obligations.
5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all dealings.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent client service.
7. Keep abreast of changes in family law and inform clients accordingly.
8. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
9. Participate in business development activities to grow the firm's family law practice.
Qualifications :
1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member of the California State Bar.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law practice.
4. Proven experience in handling divorce, child custody, spousal support, child support, property division, and domestic violence cases.
5. Demonstrated ability in drafting legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Proven record of adherence to professional ethics and standards.
9. Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain confidentiality.
10. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal advice.
