Zoetis Tech and Digital (ZTD) are building a new Global Commercial Value Streams organization focused on bringing together best-in-class capabilities, technologies, and partners to deliver value for Zoetis, our Customers and Pet Owners.

The Head of ZTD Global Commercial Enablement Value Stream and Product Line is a senior leadership role within the ZTD Global Commercial team, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, development, and delivery of global commercial enablement products organized in value streams and product lines. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of sales performance management, rebate and pricing management, customer integrations, product management, and value stream alignment to drive innovation and business value. The position will instill a global centricity mindset for all commercial enablement products. It involves coordinating with global and regional business leaders, ZTD business partners and managing a team of product owners and ensuring the successful implementation of multi-year roadmaps.

• Co-create unified digital strategies and multi-year roadmaps in partnership with global business process owners and ZTD business partners.
• Drive ZTD-led innovation for new strategic business initiatives within commercial enablement.

The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in ( Colorado), or (Hawaii) .

Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.

Base Pay Range : $160,000-$230,000

The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in (California) , (NJ Remote), (New York), or (Washington).

Base pay may vary based on location and

Base Pay Range : $181,000-$260,000
