A company is looking for a Collections Associate Remote (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
Support customers through inbound calls and text messages to ensure compliance with program requirements
Conduct outbound communications to resolve outstanding balances and support customer retention
Manage payment plans and follow up on promises to pay while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2+ years of experience in customer service, collections, sales, or account management (preferred, not required)
Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, remote call-center environment
Strong judgment and organizational skills to prioritize daily work and meet deadlines
