Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic partnerships with enablement and sales leadership to enhance Sales Onboarding and Ramping Programs
Own the development and facilitation of ramping programs for new hires, ensuring content accuracy and reporting on learning completion
Continuously improve training content using data-driven insights and align with internal product and process changes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited university
5+ years of experience in developing and facilitating training sessions for audiences of 10-150 learners
Track record of delivering interactive experiences that enhance audience engagement
Experience building educational curriculum that effectively guides learners
Innovative use of AI technologies for content development and learner experience
