Customer Service Rep Team Lead – Tucson -**MUST - Please read in full**

This role is a pivotal part of our innovative branch employees, offering a dynamic mix of responsibilities to keep you engaged and excited! Attendance and punctuality are a key part of this role.
What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Rep Team lead:
As a leader, you will need to stay on top of competition and help drive sales to the branch. Taking the lead and setting goals with your team and working with not only our Regional branch manager but the sales manager as well regarding the branch as applicable. Reporting the end of day to Regional Branch Manager daily, including but not limited to account updates and status, arranging deposits, cycle count reporting, etc..
As a customer service rep lead standard duties are listed below not limited to:
Provide a variety of support from walk-in/email/phone customers to other branch employees as well. Such support can include answering customer inquiries regarding stock checks, pricing, product information, order status, delivery and needs. Communicate with other branches on stock and/or order issues.

Benefits:
Job Type: Full-time - Monday thru Friday 7am to 4pm
Pay: $25, Depends on experience. Please provide your salary expectations.
