We're seeking a seasoned 180 Tech Recruiter who thrives on delivery excellence, precision sourcing, and high-touch stakeholder engagement. You'll play a pivotal role in executing targeted searches across Founding Engineer, AI / ML, and Software roles. Key responsibilities include :

• Partner directly with US-based clients including startup founders, CTOs, and Heads of Engineering.
• Run full 180 delivery recruitment processesfrom role intake to placement.
• Source, engage, and manage world-class engineering candidates across the US and globally.
• Provide strategic input to hiring processes, market mapping, and client updates.
• Maintain long-term relationships with candidates and contribute to our curated engineering talent pool.
• Leverage AI-powered tooling and sourcing techniques for precision delivery.
• Build a personal brand by sharing market insights and candidate stories.
