SYNERGY HomeCare offers :
- Competitive pay $17.50-$20 per hour
- Direct deposit

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will :
- Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
- Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
Caregiver Benefits include :
- Two weeks of PTO provided annually for full-time employees
- All PTO is paid out in final checks regardless of the reason for departure
- PTO is available for cashing out at any time and same day checks are available
- Unused PTO will not be lost at the end of each year
- Unlimited accrual of PTO even if the PTO bank cap has been reached
- Option to exchange bonuses for PTO
