Floor Manager

Highly-acclaimed Wine Spectator Grand Award-Winning Ai Fiori is looking for an energetic, professional, and passionate Restaurant Dining Room Manager to join the team.

Floor Manager Responsibilities include :

• Train, develop, and motivate all staff, with a special emphasis on the Front Door team
• Organize, supervise and execute shifts
• Deliver superior service and optimize client dining experience on a daily, consistent basis
• Demonstrate an emphasis on driving business while improving quality and guest retention
• Performing high level of customer / guest service and guest interaction by exhibiting a friendly personality and engaging guests consistently
• Administrative duties such as inventory and purchasing

Floor Manager Requirements :

• Must have open availability able to work flexible hours
• Strong background in fine dining (ideally Michelin-level service), experience as a Maitre'd, and knowledge of service standards
• Adept with all restaurant technology (reservation management, POS, purchasing, labor-management)
• Passion for the hospitality industry and providing great service
• Candidates should be highly organized, efficient, and be able to work precisely
• Must be capable, trustworthy, have integrity, and have experience solving problems.
• Ability to train and encourage the restaurant staff
• Candidates should have an optimistic, positive disposition as well as an empathetic attitude
• Candidates should demonstrate creativity and a commitment to brand success
