Sr. Sales Manager Commercial Aircraft Seating
Join us as a Sr. Sales Manager Commercial Aircraft Seating in Winston-Salem, NC (onsite). In this hands-on role, you will drive growth in our commercial aircraft seating portfolio by building customer relationships, leading the pursuit-to-order process, and coordinating technical, financial, and negotiation strategies. Proven results in business development or high-performance achievements in aerospace are preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and commercial acumen are essential to succeed in this results-driven position.
What You Will Do :
- Drive proposals and support negotiations through pursuit-to-capture and sales closure for major customers.
- Align business and customer expectations by working closely with leadership and value stream teams.
- Engage new and prospective customers to qualify opportunities and develop long-term partnerships.
- Present products, services, and capabilities, clearly communicating value through proposals and presentations.
- Advocate customers' needs, collaborating across teams to deliver high levels of service.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships and networks within the assigned portfolio.
- Attend customer meetings and events to generate leads, identify opportunities, and support business growth.
- Support sales strategy and pipeline management, including data analysis, reporting to leadership, and preparing executive-level presentations.
- Travel to support business initiatives up to 30% of the time.
Qualifications You Must Have :
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experienceExperience in aerospace industryQualifications We Prefer :
Knowledge of FAA and EASA certification requirements, engineering and manufacturing processes, and technical project flowsExperience in aircraft interiors, airlines, or OEM environmentsExperience leading and collaborating with cross-functional and executive-level teams to define and communicate technical work scopesAbility to communicate technical and process information to a broad audience of stakeholdersExperience performing financial calculations and supporting project cost analysesWhat We Offer :
