Job Description :
The LSI's Senior Sales & Business Development Manager, Laser Products, will be part of a team in a hybrid role that will seek to develop to not only business for the current portfolio of laser products but lead in the development of LSI's laser products into new markets and applications - modules, and subsystems. The new BD team member will work collaboratively with other members of the LSI organization and will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the expansion of existing laser products business across the group as well as developing new customers and markets. This individual will also guide the development of innovative new products leveraging LSI's unique technologies and core capabilities in optoelectronic devices. They will provide a critical interface to LSI customers, overseeing the full cycle of customer engagement, and work to build and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities leading to design wins for long-term sales.

At Luminar, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays a base between $150,000 and $200,000
