Job Description

This role provides the opportunity to support project teams and ensure seamless communication and documentation throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate project documentation, reports, and correspondence to support project teams.
• Schedule and organize project meetings, preparing agendas and meeting minutes as needed.
• Review and process submittals, RFIs, and change orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize Bluebeam to manage documents and assist with project workflows.
• Maintain project records to ensure alignment with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
