Overview

Freedom Boat Club – Dock Master at Boynton Beach Harbor Marina, FL. This is a part-time role within Brunswick Corporation. The Dock Master greets members, assists on the docks, and supports club operations. Availability is required on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The position involves working outdoors and near the water.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
• Anticipate and address guests' service needs
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation
• Make and answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette
• Manage the check-in and check-out process using a handheld tablet
• Perform equipment checks to ensure all necessary equipment is on board
• Clean and maintain vessels and Club location according to company standards
• Prepare reservation logs, fuel logs and weather reports
• Familiarize yourself with local waters to provide basic guidance to members
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform / personal appearance
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated pay rate for this position is $14 / hr. This position is eligible to participate in Brunswick benefit offerings including 401(k) with up to 4% match, wellbeing program, and product purchase discounts.
