Our team specializes in innovative allergy and sinus therapies that include a team of both Allergy and ENT physicians. We are headquartered in Austin, Texas and have over 60 clinic locations in Texas, Florida, New Mexico, Colorado, and Arizona and we are still growing!

We employ a team of Allergists and healthcare providers who specialize in diagnosing, managing, and treating a wide range of allergy-related needs on a day-to-day basis.

Additionally, we have CT scanners located in every region to identify any underlying issues that may be exacerbating allergies and contributing to more complex diagnoses for our patients.

To further support this, we have dedicated Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialists in each region who review the scans and assess whether a specific procedure is the most appropriate course of action.

Job Summary / Location(s) :

As an ENT / Otolaryngologist at Aspire Allergy & Sinus, you will have the opportunity to work in a part-time or full-time capacity, focusing on surgeries.

The ideal candidate either lives in the region in which we perform "IOPs" (in office procedures) or has the flexibility to travel to one of our primary locations where we conduct procedures : Colorado, New Mexico, Florida, and Arizona .

This role involves extensive experience in in-office sinuplasty and septoplasty, with a willingness to travel 2-4 days per month to Aspire Allergy markets (if not local).

Key Responsibilities

• Travel at minimum 1 day per month to Aspire Allergy markets, maximum 4 days / month (if not local).
• Provide care in a various locations, including Colorado, New Mexico, Florida, and Arizona
• Conduct Balloon Sinuplasty, Septoplasty, Eustachian Tuboplasty, Turbinate Reduction, Nasal Valve Repair, ClariFix & RhinAer procedure

Compensation

• Our competitive compensation package is intricately tied to the geographic location and procedure volume. The final compensation is open to negotiation, contingent upon the specifics of the employment arrangement.
• Compensation 200k+ (minimum)

Qualifications :

• Board Certified Otolaryngologist
• Licensed Medical Doctor
• State License as an MD or DO
