Staff Accountant

Hybrid Staff Accountant position in the Irvine area - A great company that emphasizes culture and has tons of great growth opportunities! Responsibilities :

• Analyzing various accounts in the financials

Responsible for day-to-day accounting of division

Direct point of contact and daily communication with Division management team in the regional offices

Reconcile GL accounts and complete analytics

Assist in review of annual CAM reconciliations

Financial reporting, preparation of supporting schedules, and data analysis

Ad-hoc duties Requirements :

Accounting degree

1-2 years experience

Strong Excel skills

Strong communication and presentation skills
