Al Packers White Marsh Fords Service Department is seeking a detail-driven, tech-savvy Office Administrator to support our high-performing service team.   • Responsibilities Office Administrator :

  • Provide administrative support to the service department
  • Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and advisors
  • Manage service documentation and data entry
  • Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and internal coordination
  • Adapt to new applications, systems, and dealership processes
  • Uphold dealership standards for accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Qualifications / Requirements Office Administrator :

  • Prior dealership or service department experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • CDK experience required
  • Flexible and eager to learn new applications, methods and the Al Packer Way .
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
