Italian Speaking Sales Advisor

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, one of the largest BPO companies, is looking for an Italian Speaking Sales Advisor.

Location : Fully Remote from anywhere in Greece

Working Model : Monday to Friday, 9 : 30-17 : 30

You will be reporting to : Operations Supervisor

What you will do :

• Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions.

More specifically :

Sell products and services in order to meet customer needs

Ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system

Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries

Provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions in the best interest of the customers

Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
