Senior Analyst, Marketing Planning and Strategy

Position Summary

This role will deliver exceptional client service across all VIZIO Smart TV streaming partners such as Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video and Apple TV, as well as free channels such as AMC, Hallmark and A+E. You will be responsible for creative review, quality control, managing inbound asset submissions & outbound to / from content partners, as well as routing marketing tactics to content partners for feedback & approvals. This role will be the internal subject matter expert & resource for VIZIO specifications & guidelines, VIZIO's SharePoint asset database, available assets, and external partner asset portals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized navigating a high volume of assets, thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and possess a clear and efficient communication style. The position will be onsite out of our Irvine HQ.

What You'll Do

Manage inbound asset deliveries and programming calendars from 400+ content partners using AirTable and SharePoint. Oversee quality control, organization, and archiving of creative assets for marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels. Support daily and seasonal marketing requests, ensuring timely delivery of assets for on-device, email, social, and web campaigns. Communicate directly with partners to request, review, and revise creative assets. Drive process improvements in asset management and project workflows.

What You'll Bring

Demonstrated experience in project or asset management experience in creative, entertainment, or digital streaming environments. Deep knowledge of artwork file types, formats, and digital delivery methods. Proficiency in AirTable, SharePoint, and similar project management tools. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for efficiency. Strong communication skills and a keen eye for design.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related area OR 2 years' experience in business or related area.
