District Manager
The District Manager collaborates to build and sustain a high-performance team culture aligned with Regeneron's vision, values, and strategic direction. The manager oversees and leads a team of MRs (Medical Representatives) within the assigned region, effectively guiding and managing their performance to achieve sales targets.
Assigned Area : You will serve as the Sales Manager for the Kanagawa-Koshin Sales Office. Your residence is expected to be within the assigned area.

Qualifications
Degree or equivalent education in life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, or biology preferred. Experience in first-line management (field team oversight). Engagement / experience with alliances. Talent management and leadership abilities. Proven track record in account management and sales performance in the pharmaceutical industry. Understanding of financial tools and processes required for brand plan execution. Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and develop them into business solutions. Strong network, influence, and personal credibility. Ability to plan effectively and prioritize tasks. High-level communication and presentation skills. Excellent commercial insight. Proficiency in IT and digital tools, with the ability to handle data, multiple systems, and CRM. Certification in relevant pharmaceutical industry codes of conduct. Willingness to travel frequently as required by this role. Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of therapeutic areas (respiratory) and sales experience with biologics. Up-to-date clinical knowledge of therapeutic areas and competitive brands. Network with key opinion leaders in the respiratory field. English proficiency is desirable but not mandatory for this role.
Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business, marketing, finance, economics, market research, statistics, social sciences, biological sciences, or physical sciences. At least 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related professional experience. Valid driver's license. MR certification.
