About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and building strong referral relationships within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, rehab centers, and other providers.
  • Drive business growth by generating referrals that convert to new clients.
  • Develop and execute referral network strategies (RPN).
  • Host and attend networking events, community programs, and sponsorships.
  • Plan creative marketing initiatives and maintain a strong social media presence.
  • Track KPIs, maintain Salesforce records, and manage marketing calendars.
  • Support the team with client consultations, introductions, and community outreach.

Qualifications

  • Proven relationship-building and sales skills.
  • Knowledge of the senior care industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Comfortable working some evenings / weekends as needed.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office, and digital tools.
  • Pay range and compensation package
