Pay Range : $105,000 - $118,000 / Annually Plus On-Target Bonus

Pay Frequency : Biweekly

Position Hours : 40 Hours / Week

FLSA : Exempt

PURE is seeking a strong Property Management Operations Manager to lead our Twin Cities, MN, office. The job requires office location work. Previous management of teams is required with a strong working knowledge of landlord / tenant law, lease agreements, and the security deposit disposition process.
