Shape the heartbeat of our plant as an Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician

At Aegis Worldwide, you’ll be the go‑to expert who keeps production moving. Your day starts with a quick scan of maintenance logs, KPIs, and the CMMS, followed by a walk-through of the plant to listen, look, and feel for anything out of spec—from gearboxes warming up to hydraulic lines under pressure. Then you’ll prioritize what matters most : safety, uptime, and quality.

What a typical day can look like

• Zero in on faults and conduct hands-on repairs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Own heavy repair work—think gearbox changeouts and large bearing replacements—executed safely and efficiently.
• Use planned downtime to tackle routine tasks like extruder screw swaps and grinder blade changes to keep lines sharp and productive.
• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance to curb unplanned outages and extend asset life.
