The Senior Operations HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner and advisor, aligning business objectives with human resource strategies. This role involves collaborating with management and supporting the operational teams to develop HR initiatives that support the organization's goals, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, and enhancing the overall employee experience. The candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and leveraging data analytics to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, providing guidance on policies and best practices
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR operations or related roles
  • Proven track record of successfully managing HR projects
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Strong operations and, or warehouse environment experience
  • Skills

  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting
