Senior Category Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Category Manager / Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic direction and execution of the External Talent category across an enterprise-level supplier portfolio

Drive financial value, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize supplier relationships, and enhance operational efficiency

Partner with global business leaders to rationalize the supplier landscape and implement scalable sourcing strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or PhD is preferred

7+ years of experience in sourcing, category management, procurement, or consulting

Advanced Excel skills for analytical models and category performance reports

Experience managing large global contingent workforce programs is preferred

Experience producing high-quality sourcing documentation and presentations is preferred
