Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Talent Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team to enhance performance and efficiency
Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business objectives
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field
Proven experience in developing and executing talent strategies at a senior level
Strong understanding of labor market trends and talent management practices
Experience with data-driven decision making and analytics
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
