Job descriptionBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs. The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM. This role requires 50–75% travel for face-to-face visits with members in the Mid Miami area (zip codes : 33174, 33144, 33134, 33165, 33175, 33184, 33182, 33172, 33126).

Bilingual (Spanish) Case Management Coordinator Compensation
- The pay for this position is $34.13 per hour.
Workers will receive mileage reimbursement for travel from home to members’ homes and back.
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
