Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to join our growing team. As the Regional Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and cultivate relationships with Loop authorized resellers, distributors, installation contractors, and key partners to drive sales and revenue.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within your territory, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and initiatives with company objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of innovative sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market reach and visibility.
  • Deliver training and support to channel partners, ensuring their success in promoting and selling Loop's EV charging solutions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on channel sales management and deal closure.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the EV charging industry or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other sales software is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the designated territory.
