  • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Vice President for B2B Marketing Data Science to lead the development of data-driven marketing strategies for its B2B lines of businesses and products. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the establishment of marketing data science capabilities, with a strong focus on leveraging advanced analytics techniques to analyze large volumes of customer data. This includes industry information, transactional data, and competitive insights to derive actionable strategies that drive customer growth and revenue. The role also involves leading the implementation of marketing measurement and attribution, segmentation and targeting, lead generation and optimization, forecasting and budgeting, as well as churn prediction and retention. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing data science, particularly in a B2B context, and hold a degree in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, mathematics, or related disciplines. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL is essential, as is expertise in data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics. The role requires a candidate with strong business acumen, the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience in the media industry and with media mix models is a plus. The VP will be expected to build and maintain a suite of relevant dashboards, work on stakeholder collaboration, and present insights and recommendations to senior executives in a clear and compelling manner.
