The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for all guests visiting the spa. This role is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere while handling reservations, check-ins / outs, product sales, and general inquiries. The Spa Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience for all guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding services, availability, and pricing.
• Book, confirm, modify, and cancel spa appointments using spa scheduling software.
• Check guests in and out of appointments efficiently and accurately.
• Process payments for services, packages, and retail products.
• Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area, lounge, and retail displays.
• Communicate guest preferences, special requests, or concerns to service providers.
• Handle guest feedback or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of spa menu offerings, promotions, and product lines.
• Support back-of-house spa operations as needed (e.g., laundry, restocking, folding towels).
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
