Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations during the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Set a professional example by following all company policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from the crew.
- Oversee staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability, and adherence to visual standards.
- Provide guidance and training to all team members in equipment operation, ingredient stocking, product preparation, order processing, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, including raising, counting, and making correct monetary change.
- Maintain effective verbal and written communication with customers and co‑workers to process orders and resolve issues.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and coordinate with the kitchen to meet order deadlines.
- Deliver products by car, including flyers and door hangers, while navigating varied terrain and managing multiple deliveries per shift.
- Maintain safe driving practices, adhering to company standards and ensuring vehicle insurance and a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, judgment, math, and multitasking skills.Experience in retail or food service operations, with a proven track record in managing staff and store performance.Proficiency with basic computer systems, POS equipment, and accounting software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including accurate telephone order handling.Ability to work long periods standing, walking, lifting, and performing physically demanding tasks such as carrying up to 50 pounds.Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties.Physical Demands
