Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating business priorities into people and organization outcomes
Build organizational strength through proactive workforce planning and talent development using data insights
Coach and challenge leaders to drive change and ensure alignment with policies and business goals
Required Qualifications
Experience in global HR roles and driving global projects
Foundational understanding of employment laws; knowledge of organizational psychology preferred
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Coaching and facilitation skills to support team growth
Fluency in both written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage
