Responsibilities : Handle all aspects of hotel reservations, from receiving inquiries to confirming room availability and making bookings Engage with guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions to address reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out experiences for guests, addressing any special requests or concerns they may have Process payments, manage reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as required This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or any location with an internet connection.
