Print Producer (Project Manager)

Location : Philadelphia, PA (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Duration : 6-month contract w / possibility of extension

Pay Rate : $28-$36 / hr

Role Overview :

We are entrepreneurial and creative individuals delivering advertising and communications for our products and services. An in-house creative agency primarily based in New York City and out of our HQ in Philadelphia, we produce creative content for all channels, including TV, digital, social, radio, in-store, print, and extensive video production for various online and in-house needs. This is a unique opportunity to work in a start-up environment within a Fortune 500 company with an award-winning brand and culture.

This role will work directly with Project Management, Studio, and Account teams on all print projects across the agency with a concentration in Retail and OOH.

Responsibilities :

• Work with internal project management teams and external vendors on all print production-related projects.
• Be responsible for end-to-end production and coordination of tasks from initiation of the project to execution and shipping.
• Focus on projects executed across advertising, OOH, print collateral, store graphics, signage, etc.
• Help manage timelines both internally and with vendors, to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Create tactical matrices for all projects in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Work with creative teams to ensure all appropriate assets are gathered.
• Route Studio mechanicals and vendor proofs to internal team using online software.
• Release all project mechanicals to vendors.
• Update project Gantt chart daily, ensuring project status is up to date.
• Adhere to the deliverables calendar, ensuring all projects release on time.
