Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a School Social Worker supporting a K-12 school in Joliet, IL on a contract basis for the current school year (CSY). The position involves working closely with approximately 21 students, providing direct social work services to support their academic and social-emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Provide counseling and support services to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create a supportive school environment
• Facilitate group sessions focused on skill-building and emotional development
• Connect students and families with munity resources as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in pliance with school policies and confidentiality standards
