Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school located in Geneva, IL is seeking a dedicated social worker for a contract position during the 2025-2026 school year. This opportunity is for a .5 FTE role based at one of the elementary schools, with a strong emphasis on in-person presence. Remote candidates will not be considered.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct social work services to students, addressing emotional, social, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive environments for student success
• Conduct assessments and develop individual intervention plans
• Facilitate group counseling sessions and crisis intervention when necessary
• Link families with munity resources to support student well-being
• Maintain accurate records and ply with school policies and legal requirements
