Journey Lead

Journey Leads oversee the customer journey. They influence various parts of the website without managing a delivery team. They focus on the learn experience, buy experience, and checkout experience. They collaborate with the product team to understand hardware evolution and post-purchase customer experience. The Journey Lead doesn't make changes to the site but ensures a good customer experience end to end. They currently focus on short-term delivery over long-term strategic needs. The journey team steps back to orchestrate the customer journey and identify pain points.

Function at a leadership level with journey experience. Was part of business transformation and then moved into CX org. Excellent communication skills. Skills include e-commerce, omnichannel, customer experience, digital, and product management.

Job Type & Location : This is a contract position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
