Outside Boilers Sales Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Boilers Sales Engineer to join our team and drive growth in our boiler sales and rental programs. This critical role involves developing and managing relationships with clients across the Greater Southern California, Southern Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii regions. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales skills to promote build-to-spec projects, in-stock fleet solutions, and related systems. Outside Boilers Sales Engineer   Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts by identifying customer needs and providing tailored boiler and system solutions.
• Generate, receive, and process inquiries related to sales and rentals of boiler systems, feedwater equipment, and pollution control systems.
• Prepare and present proposals, technical presentations, and quotations to clients.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Visit clients regularly to promote products, generate leads, and assess customer requirements firsthand.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, marketing, and manufacturing departments to ensure project success.
• Provide technical assistance and support to clients throughout the sales process.
• Assist with industry events, trade shows, and seminars to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
• Stay informed on market conditions, industry regulations, competitor activities, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage and prioritize sales activities efficiently, tracking progress within CRM systems and other tools.
