As Director of AI and Product Development, you'll own the strategy, execution, and growth of Epicor Prismour advanced cross-product AI platform. You'll scale and lead high-performing teams across geographies, drive technical excellence, and deliver intelligent solutions that transform how our customers operate. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building AI-powered products that matter.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Provide strategic leadership and full ownership of Epicor Prism.
• Oversee and scale cross-functional teams across the US, India, and Mexico.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier AI engineering and forward-deployed talent.
• Define high-level architecture and technical strategy in collaboration with UX, product management, and QA leadership.
• Own budget planning and PandL management.
• Cultivate a rapid, iterative development culture tailored for AI-leveraging generative AI techniques, proactive quality practices, and agile principles.
• Set and enforce functional requirements, performance benchmarks, and compliance standards.
• Lead forward-deployed customer engagements.
• Represent Epicor at customer and internal events.
