Database Engineer I

A company is looking for a Database Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain complex databases while ensuring data integrity and availability

Perform database administration tasks including upgrades, job scheduling, and scripting

Participate in on-call rotation and provide support for the database environment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience

2 years of relevant technical experience

Experience with database platforms such as SQL Server, MySQL, or cloud databases

Ability to write and understand basic to intermediate level SQL

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
