Hybrid onsite 3 days / week- 550 S 4th St Minneapolis

This position is more about data validation and operations then traditional data analysis.

A lot of the position is updating a SOR(systems of record) with missing / incorrect data from import processing.

Day to Day :

o This person will assist in maintaining the data in the system

o They’ll partner with the Production team to make changes to data so the accounting / production team can complete the transaction process

o Production team (comprised of accountants) will submit an online form to a shared inbox for data team, the requests are for new rates to be added to a bond, etc.

• The form would include the security ID and the new rate to adjust
• The static data team will review the data and run through the input process (process is already established)

o Once process completes, they’ll complete a secondary check

• One person completes the data update
• 2nd person reviews to make sure the data change made was done correctly
• Once verified, resource will notify the accounting / production team that the change was added and they can complete the transaction / rebooking process

o In some cases they may need to pull the reference rate (LIBOR). There are 62 different reference rates the system consumes.

May need to pull the report and then validate by going to the Bloomberg site and checking that the daily rate is accurate.

o Someone having experience in the financial space

Specifically :

• Corporate trust
• Accounting operations
• Finance
• Operations + bonds, securities, etc.
