Seeking a Director of Finance for our luxury hotel in San Antonio!

Director of Finance Responsibilities :
- Monitoring, controlling and recording all sales, purchases, salaries and expenses of the hotel.
- Preparing a comprehensive monthly report of the entire financial results of the hotel in established property formats and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
- Ensure that all local, state and federal taxes are deposited timely, and all related reports are filed on a timely basis.
- Evaluate the performance of Accounting, Purchasing and IT personnel with a view towards development and an emphasis on those individuals qualifying for future advancement.
Director of Finance Requirements :
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in Finance Management; preferably in a luxury Hotel.
- College degree, preferably in Finance, Hospitality Management or related field for the role.
- Expert knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- At least 5 years leadership experience in hospitality; leading a finance or accounting team is required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience being a part of an executive leadership team.
