We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Services Client Executive to join our Financial Services team. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to our banking clients, engaging across C-level stakeholders to lead business transformation through IT and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in IT services and client leadership, deep domain knowledge in banking and financial services, and the ability to manage complex client relationships and P&L performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor and enterprise partner to banking clients, driving business outcomes through IT and digital solutions
• Lead account growth strategies, achieving revenue and profit objectives through consultative selling and client engagement
• Manage multi-million-dollar portfolios with responsibility for forecasting, account planning, and financial performance (P&L)
• Build and maintain strong executive relationships across client organizations to understand evolving business needs
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising business consultants, solution architects, and delivery experts to deliver value-based solutions
• Leverage deep knowledge of the banking sector to lead transformative conversations around modernization, innovation, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop tailored proposals and solutions aligned with client strategies
• Apply industry best practices and delivery methodologies, including performance scorecards, SLAs, and metrics tracking
