Seeking a driven and self-motivated Account Specialist to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and growing our Retail business relationships. This multi-brand Sales position supports the Retail Key Account Manager with daily tactical and operational execution related to our largest Retail customers. The candidate works closely with cross-functional departments, is highly organized, and is passionate about achieving business plans, executing core competencies, and developing direct working relationships with internal team members and key customer contacts to drive positive outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities
- Support Key Account Manager in enhancing customer relationships and driving additional sales.
- Act as primary internal and external contact for our fastest growing Retail customers.
- Manage and work with the customer service team on daily and seasonal order entry, focusing on creation, organization, and distribution of product set-up forms and web images.
- Provide regular updates to customers on account status, shipping, order updates, new product opportunities, and other relevant information.
- Proactively identify customer opportunities and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal teams and all levels of management to complete daily tasks.
- Participate in seasonal product reviews by attending internal sales meetings and external customer product presentations.
- Identify process improvements to manage the business more efficiently.
- Review point-of-sale reporting, audit customer websites and store locations to identify opportunities, issues, and additional customer needs, and provide potential action steps.
- Maintain and update customer account information, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
Experience, Skills, & Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) preferred or equivalent experience.2 years of sales support, sales analytics, customer service, or related experience.Understanding of sales terminology, retail math, and reporting metrics.Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Shared Drives / Files, Adobe.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Legal & EEO Statements
