Direct Reports : 10-20 Sales Associates and 2 Assistant Managers

Average hourly : $27-$30 (base pay : $22-$25 an hour base plus bonus incentives)

We have 10 locations and are planning the opening of our new location in Saratoga Springs. We are looking for a Store Manager to help lead a team of passionate, energetic people and build on our brand of positivity, style, and a little bit of sparkle. The ideal candidate will be a people-loving, growth-hungry leader who's ready to take their career to the next level.
