Regional Fleet Manager

A company is looking for a Regional Fleet Manager responsible for optimizing fleet performance, safety, and compliance in a designated region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead regional fleet operations to ensure vehicle performance, safety, and cost-efficiency

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local motor carrier regulations and maintain audit-ready records

Leverage telematics to monitor vehicle performance and identify opportunities for cost improvements

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of practical fleet management experience

5+ years of experience in fleet or transportation management, preferably in a DSD or food distribution environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
