Position Overview

The Controller (Construction) will oversee all financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with regulations. This role is crucial in supporting project managers with financial insights and maintaining the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the financial reporting process for construction projects
• Develop and implement budgeting processes and cost control measures
• Conduct risk assessments to identify financial risks in projects
• Monitor cash management practices to optimize cash flow
• Prepare and analyze cost reports to ensure project profitability
• Collaborate with project managers to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in construction accounting
