What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers and Inside Sales to achieve revenue and profitability objectives
- Execute strategic business plans aligned with executive priorities and evolving market demands
- Maintain strong relationships with key vendors, resellers, and integrators, ensuring partnership alignment and channel success
- Drive pipeline growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening value in existing accounts
- Provide accurate forecasting, performance reporting, and accountability measures
- Partner with vendor management, product teams, and marketing to maximize program participation and joint GTM strategies
- Oversee negotiation and closure of complex, high-value deals
- Ensure CRM discipline, sales process rigor, and actionable territory plans
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to guide decision-making and adapt strategy
- Champion customer experience, mitigating churn and ensuring long-term retention
- Support ongoing training to enhance product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and business acumen
- Light travel required to meet with customers and partners
Qualifications
Proven success leading B2B sales teams in technology distribution, ProAV, broadcast, or related industriesStrong understanding of channel sales and indirect go-to-market modelsDemonstrated ability to coach, lead, and inspire a team while maintaining accountabilityExperience managing diverse territories and complex sales cyclesSkilled in relationship management across both technical and executive stakeholdersProficient with CRM tools and data-driven forecastingExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsHigh degree of business acumen and strategic thinkingPreferred Qualifications
Experience scaling or stabilizing teams during periods of change or growthBackground working with exclusive or selective vendor portfoliosBachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or related fieldWhat we offer
