About The Role
Semgrep is one of the fastest growing companies in the code‑security space. As a Sales Director on the Mid‑Market team, you will build and lead a high‑performing team, partner closely with the executive team, and create new revenue streams by selling to Digital Native organizations. You will collaborate with Business Development, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to expand Semgrep usage across current customers and drive momentum in the digital‑native market. You will hire, coach, and maintain a top‑tier sales team, manage forecasts, and make decisions with a bias toward action.
