The Opportunity :

We are looking for a highly organized and results-drivenProject Manager in Marketing to oversee and coordinate marketing projects from concept to execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams-including creative, digital, product, and sales-to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented planner with a strong understanding of marketing processes, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving.

What you will do at VeSync :

• Plan, manage, and track the execution of multiple marketing projects simultaneously (e.g. campaigns, product launches, events, content rollouts).
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues, roadblocks, or bottlenecks.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Report on project performance using KPIs, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing outputs.
• Support the Head of Integrated Marketing in resource allocation and prioritization.
• Maintain documentation, briefs, and post-mortem reports for continual improvement.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops in the marketing plan development process.

Location : This is an on-site, office-based role in Tustin, CA.

Salary : Starting at $85K
